I love Subway but I HATE this location! Me and the family just visited Steamboat Springs and on our last night figured we would make it a Subway night. Usually pretty cheap and good. So the location is a combo Cold Stone and Subway. First of all the service SUCKED! The two employees did not seem very interested in helping anyone. The girl had MAJOR attitude and the guy was nice but hard to understand and maybe a little incompetent. Nothing I have not dealt with before but a little extreme in this case. So to begin with the bread looked super large/fat/puffy. Was not sure why until later when I ate the sandwich. Must have been 2-3 day old break, outside was flaking and crumbling as I ate the sandwich. The second thing that sucked was they were behind a metal type desk with all the fixings covered. Not sure if this was because they are a Cold Stone and Subway combo or what. But I always look at the veggies to remind me what is available and what looks good/bad. Could not see anything while they were making my sandwich. Not really a big deal but it factored into the whole experience. When they wrapped our sandwiches they did not do it properly, bread was sticking out of paper. Also because the bread had expanded so much they could only fit one sandwich in the bags at a time. We had a large order for 9 people so that sucked. When I finally got the privilege to pay for my sandwiches I never got a receipt. I had to ask the girl for it and she gave attitude and said the machine was broke, almost as if I should have known that beforehand. I went to sit down and wait for my Dad and sister who had orders themselves. While waiting a line formed for the Cold Stone side. 1st customer there got their Ice Cream and I heard them say this does not taste right, it taste sour. Almost as if they got spoiled/bad ice cream. We should have seen all the red flags then, but we took the food to our hotel room and ate the worst tasting subway sandwiches we have ever been exposed to!! I think I would have blown off everything else if the food just tasted like it should. The Subway "Eat Fresh" slogan definitely does NOT apply here! LOL!!! Oh well I know it's just that franchise or store but they are giving Subway a bad name, sucks when I think this is the only one in town but I'm not a local so I could be wrong about that.

Horrible service. Employees don't care. Unsanitary practices used by the employees. The restaurant had flies hovering inside by the soda machine. Stay away.

I went into subway in Central Park plaza expecting just a normal sub but I was pleasantly surprised. They were busy but the guy behind the counter made me feel very welcomed, acknowledging my presence even when he was busy. I believe his name was Evin. I remember cause he spells it really weird. Finally when it was my turn I ordered an Italian BMT. He gave me fresh soft bread and gave me a nice amount of ingredients. This employee did a great job making me feel welcome and encouraging me to return with his "sandwhich expertise". I would highly recommend this subway location, especially when Evin is working.

This Subway is terrible. My wife and I got an ice cream in here and my wife accidentally dropped her ice cream on the ground. The guy behind the counter sarcastically asked her if she was going to start crying now. I came very close to launching my cone off of the side of the guy's head.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. My boy ordered an Italian Sub and when we got home there was not meat. I called and they told me it was not there problem.

Tuna on Italian herb and cheese, yes, please! I get one of these delicious death dealers every 2-3 weeks, but damn, they're tasty. Service has always been great, and amount/type of ingredients has been spot on or even better probably 90% of the time. They've got a ton of turnover as you might expect, but as far as Subways go, these guys are alright.

Do not go here. My kids wanted ice cream so found Cold Stone inside Subway. Service was extremely slow for the ice cream side. Ice cream looked like it had not been touched in days. Everything was cluttered and unclean. Watched the worker go from the cash register to touching the bread with no gloves on or washing her hands. Very disappointed with what I experienced and saw here.

Can i give it 0 stars? Visited for lunch on Sunday, late March 2014. A Subway & Coldstone combined. DON'T VISIT EITHER. I've been to Subway at least 500 times in my life, and this sandwich was the worst. Take a look at the photo. The teenager must have given me a full pound of tuna, and ripped my bread in the process - leaving me with a shlop sammich. Gross! Just don't eat here. Both establishments are very poorly managed.

A great subway ... they have always been quick, efficient, and helpful. I realize that the staff is usually high schoolers, but they do a good job of getting it right and being courteous. The pricing is standard subway as are the menu items.
